ActivA has been founded in 2002. It was created to manage the Call Center of Criterion Research, Institute of psycho-social and market research based in Milan.
ActivA is entrusted with the telephone surveys of the Institute and telemarketing activities. Over the years, Activa has acquired meaningful experiences in the management and the development of many and important projects, all carried out with the complete satisfaction of customers.
